Ever noticed how hard it is to drink 8 glasses of water a day, so why is it 6 beers doesn't seem to be a problem? 


If you haven't developed a good water drinking routine by now, then you probably drink a bunch of water when you do remember… 16-20 oz maybe? Here's why you might want to take a close look at exactly "how" you drink your water. 

The human body is only capable of assimilating 8 oz of water every half hour, drinking any more will add no additional benefit. In fact you may have heard that drinking too much water is bad for you… and while it may not be "bad for you" in the strictest sense, it's not any better for you either. 

So when it comes to drinking water just keep it light and consistent. Drink a glass right before bed and soon as you wake up, and before you're morning meal or beverage.

In fact your creative writing abilities has inspired me to start my own BlogEngine blog now. Really the blogging is spreading its wings rapidly. Your write up is a fine example of it.

    I've only been bloggin about a year now, my writings not that great but it's improving. Sometimes the content may seem preposterous… but we've awakened to the fact they're lying to us about med-sin. Logically your next question should be "what else are they lying about?" The truth is they're lying about "EVERYTHING."
